3. Subscription Billing & Fair Usage

Certain aspects of the Service may be provided for a fee or other charge. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Service, you agree to the pricing and payment terms available on the platform.

Fair Usage Policy: To ensure optimal performance for all users, generating AI content is subject to fair usage limits. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive API usage patterns that degrade system performance.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Clipova utilizes artificial intelligence to generate scripts, hooks, and ideas. While we strive for high quality, AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all content before publishing it on your social media channels.

5. Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clipova, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
